You choose the Service that suits you best:
- We will Process all of your payroll from the information you provide.
- We provide you with payroll reports that you specify.
- We offer you a choice of standard plain payslips, security, or new e-payslips.
- We complete all forms P45 and P46 for starters and leavers.
- We provide new starter information sheets and form P46 for you to complete on the induction of a new employee.
- We advise you about Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay entitlements and any other related queries or issues.
- We will Administer any Attachment of Earnings Orders issued for your employees and provide detailed reports of due payments to the authorities.
- We will monitor the latest National Minimum Wage and help you comply with the latest legislation.
- We will provide you with a monthly statement advising of the payment due to HM Revenue and Customs.
- We will complete the Employer’s Annual return (P35) and P14’s for submission to HM Revenue and Customs and print P60’s for you to give to your employees.
All services provided with the Standard Payroll Package plus the following . . .
- We will receive your monthly or quarterly PAYE cheque and forward it to HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf.
- We will record the payment in the yellow payslip book and update our records for the payment made.
- We will provide you with quarterly reminders of any outstanding PAYE due throughout the year.
- We will monitor and manage your under/overpayments and any funding where applicable to ensure that the correct payment is made each month.
All services provided with the Standard Payroll Package plus the following . . .
- We will set up holiday entitlements in line with your holiday year end.
- We will maintain and monitor your employee’s annual holidays to ensure that the correct number of days are taken and paid.
- We will ensure that you provide sufficient paid holidays in line with new legislation.
- We will provide telephone advice on holiday pay related issues. (i.e. interaction with Statutory Maternity and Statutory Sick Pay).
All services provided with the Standard Payroll Package plus the following . . .
- We will assist you in setting up a facility with your bank which will allow THR to transfer wages directly into your employee’s bank accounts.
- We will transfer the wages on your behalf on your specified pay date
- We will advise the bank of starters and leavers so that payment details can be amended.
- We will communicate directly with the bank regarding your payroll.
- We regret that this facility is not available for HSBC customers.
